If I could only share one thing with you about me it would be that I love helping people leverage their power to success. I have helped people find their passions, grow businesses and contribute to the well being of their communities. I worked in a genetics lab before I had children, as a software developer for more than 18 years and have been a certified coach for more than 10 years. My husband and I had a wonderful experience living, working and making friends in Sydney, Australia during most of 1998. These diverse experiences contribute to my ability to work with people from all kinds of backgrounds. I would be happy to have the opportunity to get to know you and work with you too. Aside from that I'm happily married to Ed and have 2 grown, married children and a beautiful grandson named Nathan and am still blessed to have a mother who would be upset if I told you her age. Our daughter Melinda is a rabbi and a chaplain in the Naval Reserves. Our son Michael is a production designer and leads transformational courses that positively impact the lives of hundreds of people. My philosophy is to accentuate the positive. We praised every achievement, large or small which contributed to our children growing into confident, caring adults. Our daughter and her husband Adam are raising Nathan like this and it is so much fun to watch him develop. I am co-president of a social profit group that supports the Hunger Project, a strategic organization that has discovered that empowerment of women is the key to ending hunger. I have been recycling since the first Earth Day and and educating myself and others about the benefits of living in harmony with mother nature. In 2007 I found a company that is completely aligned with my values and my passions. I was not looking for a business when I found it by accident doing a web search, but I am grateful I did. The teaser on the page enrolled me into learning more about the company and what it had to offer. As I read the material on their web site I realized that this was a business I wanted to be a part of. Their vision and mission statements say "be a force for change towards ethical and ecological business practices ...innovative product range of unrivaled purity and effectiveness combined with an ethical, unique and versatile business model that rewards all those associated with us through a financially stable, soundly managed company." I am proud to be associated with a company that lives the talk and consistently exceeds my expectations. I know and admire the directors, their commitment and their heart. The best thing about having my own business is that I have the freedom to choose when I work and who I work with. I get to help people build businesses for themselves and realize their dreams. I meet wonderful people through my business and love how much we learn from each other. I currently work with people all over the country and love having the technology that makes this possible including some of the great old fashioned tools like the phone and in person meetings. Another great thing about having my own business is that while I have wonderful people to work with, there is no one who could require me to do anything that goes against my principles. I know people who have had to layoff fellow workers because of the economy. That would never happen here. Instead my business is an excuse to get educated, to collaborate and meet people. I love that I am rewarded for helping people and contributing to their quality of life as well as my own. If you decide to join us I know you will be pleased too. I would be delighted to meet you. Now I'd like to invite you to click here to view a movie that you will find interesting and could possibly change your life. It changed mine. |
